The Nuthatch
Fearby Cross - Masham - North Yorkshire

Things to do

The Nuthatch is in the perfect location to explore both the local Market town of Masham and further into the Yorkshire Dales.
Here we have included just a few local recommendations for places you can visit

Masham is a typical, pretty, Yorkshire Dales market town, offering all of your local amenities. Markets are still held every Wednesday and Saturday on the square. Along with the butchers, bakers, and deli's you will find a fantastic selection of cafe's, pubs and restaurants. Masham is famous for its two Breweries, Black Sheep and Theakstons, both offer tours and Black Sheep an excellent Bistro. For fine dining we can highly recommend Vennells restaurant just off the square.

Masham hosts numerous events through the year including the Steam Rally in July and the infamous Sheep Fair in September. It was also on the 2014 Tour de France route so you are likely to still find the odd yellow bicycle hanging about!
